Offices and Suites for Lease
All floors in the Columbian Building have office space for lease. Stairs and an elevator provide access to all floors of the building. The building has a front and rear entrance.
First Floor
The first floor has a main entrance off 6th Street and a rear entrance from the parking garage.Space available on the first floor includes a single office suite, a two office suite, and a three office suite. A common corridor provides access to all suites. Restrooms for the floor are accessible from the floor's main corridor.
