The Columbian Building

Located in downtown Topeka, Kansas, the Columbian Building was originally constructed in 1888 and is on the National Historic Register.

Many updates have been made over the years but the original character of the building from the tile and hardwood floors to the woodwork remains intact. 

The building is well-maintained and owner occupied.  Stairs and elevator provide access to upper floors.
